ZEN VISION M 30GB FREEZES ALL THE TIME

My Creative Zen Vision M 30B freezes while playing a song or a video even while viewing pictures. I have to reset it everytime and sometimes reset doesn't work so I have to wait until the battery drains out.It's very frustrating!!...I have tried the solutions recommended by their technical support to no avail. What could possibly be the problem?. It's just sad that Creative doesn't have a service center that I know of. If somebody knows something please help...thank you..On the other hand I love its features and picture quality and everything about my creative zen vision m its just this problem that makes it so disappointing.
