How to open and repair the speaker?

My drunk friend thought that the speaker was a football and gave it a kick :)And from that point it isnt working. But thats no problem for me ;), i would already repair it but i dont know how to open it :S. It hasnt got any screws...
Any sugestions? Please help ;)
