Great phone and an improvement on the E71 and that was great
Dec 2, 2009Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: HTML Email, Email interface, Camera, connectivity options
Cons: The top selection keys are a little oddly placed. Same old operating system
Opinion:
Good phone, bought it 3 days ago and have been constantly online since then.
Mail is great and the interface is better that the FP1 on E71, though could be better.
Will give more comments once I've used it for some time.
Excellent

Pros: Complete
Cons: Stil S60
Opinion:
Better than E71 and one of the best qwerty phone
Excellent - Finally solved all most all 71 weakness and most complete smart phone ever
Nov 28, 2009Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Over 71 - HTML email support; Better battery life (Scary); Better web browsing; Auto roaming using "Destination"
Cons: Gmail and Hotmail email access not stable; email auto pulling still need to define one access point but not "destination"
Opinion:
Superb build quality, faster response, easy to switch over from 71 to 72. More business look ever. No hang issue like N97. Indeed, one of the most complete smart phone ever.
However, just do not understand why Nokie included auto select network base on priority on web browser but not on email. I prefer pull but not push. Thus, auto update with network priority between office, home and outside 3G access is important.
I cant rate 10 because of this weakness but is a very well build phone. Recommend kylon - project software for business user.
A worthy successor to the E71
Nov 24, 2009Rating: 10 out of 10 (Perfect)
Pros: Features that are way ahead of its price league
Cons: Light leakage around keypad
Opinion:
When I first got the E72, I had a lingering suspicion that it wasn't as well built as my previous E71. But over the last few days of using the E72, I'd say it is as solidly built as the E71. I think a lot of our complaints might be based on extremely high expectations based on the E71.
Light-leakage under the shortcut keys is the only major physical design issue that I have. The battery cover is rock-solid yet easy to unlatch. The keys work perfectly for my fingers and are even better than the E71's keypad. Also, contrary to popular opinion, the E72 might possibly have more metal components than the E71 (But I'm not sure, maybe someone can verify this).
As for the technical features, this device is way ahead of the game - read the specs for details. So far, the phone has only crashed on me due to 3rd party applications.

great phone
Nov 23, 2009Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: track pad with adjustable speed, very good processor, camera with good image, doesnt hang, solid built,
Cons: you cannot organise your photos/videos into folders like E71, speaker its average compared to E71
Opinion:
I was using E71 previously, just got my E72 last week, it is WORTH THE WAIT & UPGRADE. Im very happy with this phone, the GPS is excellent, ive also upgraded my memory card to 8G, it works fine with the memory card. How i wish nokia would have made the black colour more better looking. I bought mine as silver colour this time. There is parental control option in my unit so that you can set a password for the videos you have saved, but unfortunately it doesnt work. Nokia could have included more apps , but they didnt. It comes with solitaire & tetris. Some JAVA apps wont work in this unit.
BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS IT DOESNT HANGs!
