E75 is a reasonably good phone
Jul 26, 2009Rating: 7 out of 10 (Very good)
Pros: WLAN, GPS, Full Keybd, Email and 3.5mm jack
Cons: Poor battery life, Keybd too flat difficult to press and heavy
Opinion:
Slight improvement over E71 with better video and full keybd. But Heavy in weight due to the full keybd.Push mail drain battery fast.Average music player and camera could have been better.Looking forward to E72.
Super business phone
Jun 7, 2009Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: All!
Cons: None so far!
Opinion:
Must-have for all IT geeks and business men alike!
Poor Follow up to E71
May 20, 2009Rating: 4 out of 10 (Mediocre)
Pros: smaller size, two key boards
Cons: no scanner, email doesnt work well, internet is awful with presettings that piss you off.
Opinion:
Buy this phone only if you are tech geek. After the E71 all they had to do was make the keyboard easier, which they did, the phone smaller, which they did. But guess what, they then went to Dilton Doiley who freaked the machine out. It took me three seconds to set the email on E71, cant do it on this one. The ringer is faulty and I cant get it to work. No scanner for business cards which was an amazing feature on the E71. The internet comes with some crazy settings and keeps saving pages I have been to. I cant switch it off. Cant you just keep it SIMPLE for crying out loud. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!
WORST PHONE and SERVICE EVER
May 12, 2009Rating: 1 out of 10 (Abysmal)
Pros: A lot of stuff inside
Cons: Nothing works. The phone itself was a defect but the service centre never exchanged it to the new one
Opinion:
This is the worst phone I ever had. I paid 800 on this but nothing works. SMS, Phone Call, GPS, everything doesn't work. The battery consumption was huge. It literally uses all the power in a day without using at all. There is a problem in the phone itself but the service centre never exchanged the phone with the new one. I went to the service centre 5 times and each time they said they fixed it but never did. NEVER BUY NOKIA. DOESN'T WORTH YOUR MONEY.
Comparing This Phone With E71...
May 3, 2009Rating: 7 out of 10 (Very good)
Pros: 3.5mm jack, Nice headphones included, N-Gage support, Accelerometer, Camera button has got half depression for focus.
Cons: Doesn't feel as solid, Keypads a tat too small, No scrolling buttons in qwerty pad, Design not as fantastic.
Opinion:
I'm writing this review strictly based on my experiences with this phone and the Nokia E71.
Pros over the E71:
1) 3.5mm jack and nice headphones included. I really like the headphones over the E71's, as it now has remote volume control. And the position of the jack is at the top, so you won't feel the extra width when you put the phone in your jeans pocket, as compared to the E71, where the jack is at the side.
2) N-Gage support. More games to be played, but note that n-gage games are slightly more expensive.
3) Accelerometer. It even works in the Home screen. Its sensitivity is just nice, and its response is not too slow. It lets you silent your calls/ alarms by turning over, or tapping on the phone twice. (However, I can't get this tapping function to work after setting it to do so.)
4) Now with a dedicated camera button, focusing can be ... Read more
