The worst phone I have owned
Apr 6, 2009Rating: 2 out of 10 (Terrible)
Pros: Notes
Cons: Everything else
Opinion:
Laggy, slow, crap pictures, innaccurate touch screen....the list goes on.
Little plastic bits are falling off the cover wtf?
I have used Sony Ericsson for the last 5 years and no more. I bought a Blackberry Curve and will never go back.
I doubt I can sell this piece of garbage fo $100.
HORRIBLE PHONE!!!
Feb 20, 2009Rating: 1 out of 10 (Abysmal)
Pros: 5MP, can sms and call...
Cons: Everthing else...
Opinion:
I bought this phone in August 2008 under contract from the phone company. Repaired it 5 times. 1st time, Flash on camera didnt work and programes cant save. 2nd time, the phone died on me suddenly and couldnt on. 3rd time, the screen was faulty and couldn't sense anything. 4th time, mother board was faulty and needed change. 5th time, phone died on me once again. Sigh.... on average this phone needs a fix every month. Lagging all the time and reception is YUCKY! I have to say that this is the worse phone i have had since i was 19. this phone has brought me nothing but inconvenience. Sad but true. I am changing phone again.
on-line touch
Jan 25, 2009Rating: 7 out of 10 (Very good)
Pros: 5mp camera, wi-fi, 3g, touchscreen, blackberry connect, slim form factor, rds radio
Cons: no hsdpa, sluggish performance, cheap plastic casing, web browser, sms phonebook
Opinion:
although this is not the best phone i've had, this is my first touchscreen phone, and i was rather disappointed by it's sluggish performance. it almost has everything you need on the go except for speed. what really bugs me the most is when you want to input your contact when you're doing sms and it just takes forever!
very disappointing phone
Jan 18, 2009Rating: 3 out of 10 (Poor)
Pros: development of quality products
Cons: negative review for SE
Opinion:
the good thing about my job is being able to know which phone/s are exceptional and dependable as well as knowing which one that sucks, like the SE G900 of the two G900's purchased from us they returned both of them for its hanging problem which i also witnessed first hand.. Well hope SE has a fix for this, GOOD LUCK SE!!!

Dec 20, 2008Rating: 4 out of 10 (Mediocre)
Pros: Slim & compact, keypad gd alternative for keying text
Cons: Applications sluggish & prone to errors,
Opinion:
The most useful aspect of the SE-G900 is the keypad - i.e. do not need to use the stylus at all, to access all the functions of the phone.
(i) My main gripe about the SE-G900 is the constant errors in the applications which result in the phone hanging. It usually happens after the camera and (calendar) organiser is used.
(ii) Trying to sync the phone with the computer is a true test of patience - more often than not, they don't sync.
(iii) The dictionary for the SMS text screen is erratic. It some times records unusual words e.g. liao, and will appear for selection when the keyed in again, and at times it does not.
(iv) Battery life is short requiring daily recharging.
(v) The reception strength of the phone seems weak and loses telco signal often.
