OK if you're looking for a bluetooth enabled, music-playing, internet browsing machine

Rating: 7 out of 10 (Very good)
Pros: nice music, seamless internet experience, bluetooth connectivity
Cons: poor camera, hang issues
Opinion:
I like my sony k630i. It does what they advertised it to do. Nonetheless, here are the shortcomings I found with this phone. First, it hangs. I solved this problem by updating the firmware using the sony update service found in the CD or can be downloaded from their website. I also noted that putting a strap on the phone may cause the back cover to not close snuggly with the body. This probbly causes the sim card and battery to also have poor contact with their respective terminals. After making sure that the strap was placed within the little slot provided for it in the back cover plate, I did not experience any hang problems anymore. Just an average phone.

escellent and simple and worth the money

Rating: 8 out of 10 (Excellent)
Pros: great 3.5G high tech. nice colors. can do so much with that small thing
Cons: camera quality can improve
Opinion:
at its price it offers more than paid for. the sound system is excellent. only the camera is a set back. image resolution is toooo low. the megapixel is all right at 2 but the resolution could do with improvements.

Excellent Marvel Beauty ... Size doesn't Matter after all!

Rating: 8 out of 10 (Excellent)
Pros: Great Shape and Design, Clean lines and Simple, HSDPA, 3G, Speaker, Battery Life
Cons: Camera, Fiddly Send and Hang up Keys
Opinion:
They say a picture represents a thousand words ... its probably true in the case of SE K630i. This is an excellent beauty which comes with very rich features. The key aspects I'd like to talk about is the size, design and HSDPA. Sony Ericsson has indeed kept to its core design of making phones that are small, slim and typical user pleasing. Its not just a beauty to hold this but its the solid feel which gives a user good confidence.

The HSDPA is probably one of the best on SE implementation. When they first rolled this out on the K850 (5MP Cybershot), the speed was quite slow indeed and you'd probably think why is this called 3.5G. I guess this has now improved now drastically with the K630. I believe they are at 3.6MBps on the HSDPA.

Battery Life is superb and gives me about 3 days of usage with nominal surfing and making/receiving ... Read more
