Help, How to reset the operation?

Rating: 6 out of 10 (Good)
Pros: -
Cons: -
Opinion:
Dear,

I can't switch on my phone, I'm trying to reset this pda phone but I can't.

I'm at the black and white message saying : This operation will delete all your personal data, and reset all settings to manufacturer dafault. Press Action to restore manufacturer default, or press other keys to cancel.

May I know where is the Action key ? Does anyone can help me on this?

Thank you.

Regards,
Chris.

Try it!

Rating: 7 out of 10 (Very good)
Pros: Small, Nice design With Excellent Touchflo Cube
Cons: Abit laggy on the programs, screen abit small
Opinion:
HTC Touch is my FIRST PDA phone, wonderful phone I must say.
The touch interfaces like the TouchFlo Cube, is just great work by HTC team. But every good things have a weakness, the phone tends to jam abit and is kinda laggy.
Overall the phone is still a good choice for users not looking for TOO much in a PDA phone

Full user opinion
Bought this on 3rd May, 2008. Worked fine and was happy abt it. On 22nd May, the phone died. Cldn't charge, cldnt reset. Took it to the authorised service centre at Vikhroli, Mumbai, India.

Report - Motherboard conked off. Will replace mother board, not the handset. Why ? Because it's more than 14 days old and we don't replace the handset beyond this period !!

This is ridiculous. We are not talking abt a minor problem. The entire mother board conked off. The company HTC ... Read more

terrible after service.

Rating: 3 out of 10 (Poor)
Pros: slim, and possibly one of the cheapest windows mobile OS PDA phone around.
Cons: bad after service, bad after service, bad after service,
Opinion:
this was my first PDA phone, and i chose this over other phones because it was a windows based OS.

problem 1.

when surfing WIFI, and once you loses the signal. they will disconnect your WIFI, and attempt to connect to your GPRS. and if you are unaware of it. you will be wasting your dollars because of the GPRS charges.

problem 2.

the phone comes with a chinese software, CE Star. Using it needs registration, and after i installed it. i decided to register another day. and then it slip off my mind.

days later, i realised i lost all the messages in my phone, because it all turn blank.

and it was because of a case of a stuck stylus, that made me travel all the way to their ONE AND ONLY service centre in HARBOURFRONT, that i realised if you did not register the CE Star, they have the "right" to ... Read more

CDMA Touch Phone In the U.S. Much Better

Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Fast processor, voice access to all functions, TouchFlo screen, easy-to-use WW6 interface, Sprint EVDO
Cons: Keyboard too small, as always, but s/w available to increase size, Battery life
Opinion:
Here's a case where mobile geeks in Asia using the GSM version of the Touch lost out. Sprint offers the HTC Touch CDMA version in the U.S. Great mobile device. I used it as an example of what's to come with Android-enabled phones. See my blog posts and "ideal Android phone" PDF on MarketingBeyond:
