N6110 only for persons wanting GPS
Jan 20, 2008Rating: 8 out of 10 (Excellent)
Pros: Super Fast processor, GPS, Good Slider, Superb Audio Output
Cons: Poor Battery Backup,Small keypad, Ugly looking!
Opinion:
This phone is for people on the move! An ideal for Sales/Marketing people.
Do not go in for this phone if your looking for a good Talktime or a good battery backup. Nokia each time screws it up in battery back up.The 16million colour display and GPS account to a major loss in battery usage.
Audio output is the best i have ever seen in a phone in this price range. Even N95 is nothing when compared to this audio output. A sony ericsson 'W' series are far behind to even compare.
GPS is good and its perfection is simply great. Voice clarity in GPS is superb and guides you very well in many languages.
this is better than N95 little brother

Pros: all you need in a phone, plus free to use sat-nav
Cons: gps connection slow. no 3.5 audio jack. no car charger in pack.
Opinion:
this fone is the dogs, it really is.
if this fone had a good camera and quicker gps, i think i may have found my fone!
i am a heavy fone user, i could go 2 days to charge up. i use the internet a lot, and have a package to do so for litle cost.
as usual though, the radio and camera let the fone down. i am sorry to say, Sony ericsson, beat nokia everytime with this.
i am glad i have this fone, and the navigation in the UK works fine, no probs. apart from a slow start. VERY QUICK recalc on route changes.
Excellent phone for its price

Pros: GPS, HSDPA, nice screen, very loud speakers, fast processor
Cons: Sub-par camera quality, average battery life, no Wi-Fi, small keypad
Opinion:
I've been using this phone for almost 2 months now. For the price, I'm very satisfied with it.
The GPS is pretty good, I find it to be helpful in many cases, especially the turn-by-turn voice navigation. The maps aren't that updated thopugh, and I really hate the fact you have to pay for additional maps as I thought every map was already included in the package.
I noticed that the phone is quite speedy when browsing through menus (unlike my mate's N73). The screen is bright and sharp, and the external speakers on this phone is probably the loudest on a phone that I've come across, though it is awkwardly placed at the bottom rear part where one would usually hold the phone.
The camera though, not surprisingly, is just average. Anything less than a well-lit area would produce noisy pictures. The lack of AF means images didn't turn out sharp enough. At least the flash ... Read more
Not too bad...

Pros: Easy to use, lagginess has improved a lot compared to the past Symbian OSs. GPS quite accurate. HSPA
Cons: Nokia Service Is Bad. No wi-fi.
Opinion:
I bought this phone on August and I was very happy with the phone. For about a week or so, the photo editor was not able to work anymore and after 28 days, the phone just died on me(unable to boot up).I sent the phone to the repair centre. It took about 2 weeks for the phone to be repaired, was told that the mother board was changed. When i recieved the phone back, the GPS was not working anymore as the bundled Singapore and Malaysia maps are locked. Called Nokia again on this and was told that i had to repurchase the licence from Route 66 as it is a third party software bundled with the phone. Wat is this man?!!?
Worst Experience

Pros: Unique phone
Cons: Doubted durability
Opinion:
I bought this phone in July and I was very happy with the phone, but after 1 month, my worst nightmare came, the GPS was not working anymore. As for this phone, it is bundled with free Singapore and Malaysia map. so I sent the phone to repair, and the technician from Nokia couldnt repair it, they delayed it for 1 month, after complaining they finally change a motherboard but the map was locked, and once again, the technician takes a lot of time trying to fix it. and up to now the problem is not solved. My advice is - don't buy this phone, because Nokia can't even fix this phone that they are selling. Once the phone breakdown, you will have to face the terrible service attitude from Nokia staff, and that is the worst nightmare. And they refused to get me a replacement.
