Rating: 6 out of 10 (Good)
Pros: have almost everything u need on the go
Cons: MISSING Basic phone features: can't SMS contact details. need to recall and manually key in numbers. call history does not have date/time at the first level list. need to select each item to find our date or time of call.
Opinion:
not so smart for a smartphone.

Value MONEY smart phone

Rating: 7 out of 10 (Very good)
Pros: For those always on the move
Cons: Poor Battery life /Speaker sound too soft
Opinion:
For those we don't want a complicated smart phone with complicated features i would recommend this model to new user. Only disappointment is the headset volumn after adjust to maximum the sound is still way too soft to really enjoy the music. Poor battery life, got to charge it daily.

A great unit, but the build quality and feel lets it down...

Rating: 6 out of 10 (Good)
Pros: Great full featured phone
Cons: It feels very plastic, and cheap.
Opinion:
People I have shown this phone to around the office seem to hand it straight back to me with a similar facial expression as they have when they just sucked on a lemon. Build feel/quality aside this is a great unit, fully featured, great connectivity and very easy to get on with day to day.

Overall a satisfactory product

Rating: 8 out of 10 (Excellent)
Pros: all the connectivity options; battery life
Cons: plasticky; joystick not too sensitive
Opinion:
After used for a good 4 days, finally I started to appreciate this device. My first take might not have give it a fair justice as I can't help but keep comparing it with my Dopod 595 the build quality of which is of top notch. The battery life of the Graphite has scored quite a good mark which has honestly surpassed my expectation. After getting used to the joystick and the keys, they are "acceptable" - but nothing to shout about. The screen seems to be slightly narrower (perhaps by about 1mm) than the 595 but that is still readable. As in almost all other ppc/ppc phones, the speaker volume and ringtone volume are still too quiet as compared to a normal phone.
