Perfect for Executives

Cons: QVGA, No 3G, No WM6 Upgrade
Opinion:
Perfect for executives and those who demand a compact yet powerful and cool device.

Great, powerful and stable pda....used it for several months without any problem. Hardly need to be reset. Overall performance 9 out 10.

 

Worst experience with O2 product and service. Beware of using O2

Pros: Handy, fast when it works
Cons: All kinds of problems - call drops, call cutoff during dialogue, weak signal connectivity, low battery life, hopelss and careless O2 service or lack of it
Opinion:
This company should close its business rather than harrasing the customers with their bad product and furthermore worst service.

I will never in my lifetime buy O2 product.

If company has sinecerity in addressing the concerns, then they can look at various emails written to their Indian and Singapore service operation and act on it. But I hardly believe, O2 will do it, looking at the experience for last 6 months.

If anybody wants to see the various dialogues done with O2, then can email request at pravink@eth.net. This is only to help people in not getting into such a sham company and buy problem.

 

Some users have suggested a switch to a TyTN II phone

Pros: Any opinions. Double the RAM compared Life, better specs higher net speed, longer battery life.

Opinion:
TyTN II -- seems like this phone beats the O2 Atom Life by far on features and specs. some other O2 Atom Life owners (whom are highly dissatisfied by the way O2) have switched to this phone. I would be interested to see what reviews are out there from users on the TyTN II phone. Silly name but hey .. anything has to be better than the O2 Atom LIFE. By the way.. OMG!! 9.3 rating from Cnet on the O2 Life? looks like the reviewers didnt get an older model say 3 or 4+ months old to get the problems A LOT OF PEOPLE are having on various forums around the net on this O2 Atom Life phone. Check the forums and see - not just in this forum that this phone is being poorly peer reviewed. A little more than User faults here I think?
