Practical phone

Rating: 7 out of 10 (Very good)
Pros: keypad, battery life surprisingly good for a slim phone, easy navigation
Cons: No FM radio, avg sound and picture quality, limited personalization
Opinion:
I've had this phone for a few months. I think it's practical. Everyone was so fascinated by its slimness.

However like I mentioned it's a practical phone. It's keypad is great for effecient sms-ing. It's easy to press.

It also has a good battery life for such a slim phone. I charge it every 3-5 days even after heavy sms-ing, playing games and taking pictures.

It has no FM radio, an avg sound and photo quality. If you are looking for an entertainment phone, definitely not this. There is also limited personalization. For e.g., I cannot download themes from online for usage. I cannot use songs that I downloaded as msg tone too (can only choose b/t vibration, none, or polyphonic tone).

Though some may complain about its 80MB memory, trust me, it is enough. I went to the zoo and took abt 100+ pictures and still have space to spare even with 2 10 minutes ... Read more

Its Ultra Slim! Its cool!

Rating: 8 out of 10 (Excellent)
Pros: Slim, 2MP Camera, Simple User friendly Software
Cons: No Address input, No double mobile input, Slow camera startup, no memory of previous sms composed
Opinion:
USearch Function doesnt works on Singapore Version. There's no migrating of address of a contact into the phone, no 2nd handphone number to be transfer also, this include some other fields too. TV-Out Cable is not available in the market as of now, so it is as good as a redundant feature. The Package comes with 2 batteries for a reason, if you moderately use the phone, the battery will turn flat within a day.

Other than these, the Ultra Slimness is the key attraction. It looks cool and stylish. Build is strong, sometimes i put it in my rear jeans pocket. One has to get use to it after using Nokia to sms. Overall, Samsung SMS is still lose to Nokia, whereas Samsung has its innovation in style and getting what the consumers wants.

It will be good if it can ring and vibrate at the same time. This will be a perfect phone if it ... Read more

All the functions you'll need in a slim and sexy package!

Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Slim and light. Good camera and user-friendly, intuitive interface.
Cons: Hate the message and call tones that came with the phone. No place to attach a hp sling!
Opinion:
I just got this phone yesterday and I'm already in love with it! This is my third samsung phone (I have 3 lines, and usually prefer my Nokia phones for daily usage since I'm more familiar with the Nokia messaging system.) But this latest model is pretty user-friendly for messaging queens like me (I average 1000 smses a month!)

Since I'm a girl, I'm not going to dwell on the functions. I just have a tiny gripe....This phone seems to be targetted at women since I can't see many guys falling for a phone that's so slim and delicate. If that is the case, I don't understand how Samsung could have forgotten to include a crevice where we can dangle our cutesy handphone accessories like crystals, or more practically, the handphone sling? I had to buy another pouch to contain the phone since there don't seem to be any handphone covers currently available for such a slim handset!

Go, buy it now.

Rating: 10 out of 10 (Perfect)
Pros: Has every reason to convince!
Cons: Well, c'mon now!
Opinion:

Its Ultra Slim! Its cool!

Rating: 8 out of 10 (Excellent)
Pros: Slim, 2MP Camera, SImple User friendly Software
Cons: No Address input, double mobile input, Slow camera startup, no memory of previous sms composed
Opinion:
First of all i rate it high is because of its slimness, and the basic functions that i want are packed into this slim phone. Slim, 2MP Camera, simple User friendly Software.

No Address input, you can't add address of the contact into the contact list. You can only add one file as mobile in a single contact. Slow camera startup, close to 3 sec. If you accidentally key out of the composed sms, your previous composed sms is gone unless u save it.

It does not ring and vibrate at the same time. You cant edit the picture you download.

The U-search function is NOT available for Singapore Version! Sending message is not that user friendly enough when adding recepients, a little bit of touch up on the software should make it better.

Battery life is short if you on the music player for too long and vibrate it too frequently. However, an extra battery ... Read more
