Pros: It's smart, easy to synchronise with ms outlook
Cons: Abysmal service, unstable OS, problematic at times
Opinion:
I have been using the phone for almost 5 months. I should say my experience with Xphone IIm is terrible.
The Operating system is very unstable, it hangs very often, especially during process of transfering a file.
Worse are the hardware and O2 service. The right menu keypad was unsensitive after I used for 1 month, hence I sent the phone to service center. It took 5 working days to repair.
I thought that I could use the phone happily ever after. However, new problems arised. The phone hangs even more frequently - about 5 times a day, specially during charging or even standing idle.
Hence I sent the phone for another service. Yet, they only updated the software without addressing the problems with frequent hanging. Not only that, my phone cannot even detect the SD card which is inserted properly now.
My advice is do not buy this phone.

Pros: The phone can do much more than ordinary phone.
Cons: Ease of use lose out to Nokia and SE. POOR SERVICE!!!
Opinion:
Don't ever break your O2 phone or device. The service center take 3-5 days to restore your phone/device to factory default, with no replacement phone. However I got my xphone resetted in sim lim square for foc on the spot. I was grateful and bought something from that shop.
Can you imagine how you going to work without your phone for 3-5days, where all your business contact info inside.
I am satisfied with my O2 smartphone. But I will not buy another O2 product, with such lousy service. Anyway there are many window CE smartphone around.
Good but can be better

Pros: Well-built and good design
Cons: Poor software package and keypad layout
Opinion:
Background: I was on the way to Causeway Point to buy a Panasonic X800 when this O2 Xphone IIm caught my eyes. It was an impressive phone at first look; price was considerably higher than the Panasonic X800. After some thoughts, I finally made up my mind to purchase the O2 phone. This is a well-built phone with MS Smartphone 2003 2nd update edition. However, this phone DOES NOT C/W with any MS Pocket Office! This is really disappointing as I thought this O2 Xphone IIm could be a worthy successor to my good old MPx 200. This O2 phone is sometimes laggy compared to my good old MPx 200 (MS Smartphone 2003); perhaps due to the MS Smartphone 2003 in the O2 Xphone IIm. Worst of all, the joystick is very difficult to use for an average Asian male. Battery life is also quite weak compared to my backup phone Samsung E330. It is disappointing that O2 cannot meet ...
