Dec 30, 2006Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: everything
Cons: bulky/battery
Opinion:
this phone has everything you could need. i no longer need my ipod nano or even my camera which i rarely use anyway. this phone costs 550 US dollars which isn't bad considering what it brings to the table
absolutely perfect

Pros: music, symbian, steel body etc
Cons: hangs a little bit
Opinion:
as i said above it hangs a little bit but not much of a problem to me. also the sound quality is great though not much loud without ear phones but quality is best. also symbian is a great experience.
AWFUL - Buyer Beware!!
Oct 15, 2006Rating: 3 out of 10 (Poor)
Pros: Music Player and music controls are fantastic
Cons: Poor quality parts - poor limited warranty (Australia)
Opinion:
I wanted SO long for this phone and when I finally laid my hands on it I was ecstatic.
That lasted for about 2 months which is when I started experiencing a loud crackling noise on all calls. I contacted Nokia to find that my phone no longer fell within the 2 week replacement period and would need to have it repaired. So I took my phone into the nearest Nokia Care Centre - 6 times!!!
The technicians couldn't fix the problem and advised that they would provide a 'remanufactured' replacement (Nokia does not replace phones with new handset under their limited warranty in Australia).
They still have my phone 4 weeks later and have offered no ETA or compensation.
Be VERY careful with purchasing Nokia phones - their product and service is half the quality it was in the past.
BUYER BEWARE!!!
Terrible disappointment considering all the Mktg hype
Sep 12, 2006Rating: 4 out of 10 (Mediocre)
Pros: Sleek looking, but that's just about the only thing going for this phone
Cons: Hangs constantly when switching between applications
Opinion:
I've been a loyal Nokia user ever since my first mobile phone. However, the disappointment over the N91 has made me switch to Sony Ericsson.Brightpoint has not been much help. Sent my phone back twice already for repair but despite the 2.0 software version, problem of hanging still persists. I just wish they'd reconsider doing a product recall of this item before disappointed users swtich to another brand in frustration. Retail prices dropped to 50% off in the 3 months since I bought the unit. Terrible disappointment conisdering the marketing hype.
