Great features and Linux ROCKS.

Pros: Linux OS STABLE, stereo speakers V good, FM, Voice recorder, touchscreen, Opera browser A+ for web
Cons: battery life, screen in bright sun hard to read
Opinion:
I have had this phone over a year. I LOVE IT, just to get that out there now. I bought it 2nd hand. The touchscreen web surfing is unparalleled with the Linux OS and Opera browser. Stereo speakers are LOUD and very clear. Voice recorder is SO crisp, I use for mp3 podcasts. The FM radio rocks. This phone TALKS to you! It will read your phone book to you. It's bizarre. It happened last week after a year of silence. DOn't know which setting I tripped - but I can't get it back now. It was very cool. I kept hearing it. Wondering -what was that? Can take voice commands also. Can associate photos AND specific ring tones with contacts for ID. The phone is a bit heavy by today's standards, but with these speakers - I don't care. Has a lot of features like mp3, games and stuff that you will like!!! Now comuting home is no longer boring to me =) and it is better than Windows OS since it is much, much more stable and does not lose data when you hard reset or when you run out of battery. Very useful personal management software to help remember appointments and things to do. Plus, it is CHEAP compared to other PDA phones!!

p/s to nadeem : hey there's an extra stylus included in the package, so no big deal when u lose only 1? Ohh, and another thing to add, the package doesn't come with sd card so u have to buy it. Would have been great if motorola included a 128 or 256 since it's soooooo cheap nowadays ... :(

Have been using this phone for 1 month+ liao. Well, I can tell u tis phone rocks!!! Well, u heard all the stuff from the other reviews so i'm not gonna repeat. Juz so u know b4 u buy, here are the reasons y tis phone is not 10 out of 10:
1) Really, really trouble to use when driving! Using this phone without the stylus is really a pain in the @ss.
2) Not-so-great batt life, normally will be charging daily.
3) Hard-to-find software and games for this phone, wondering how those guys find it o.O
4) Quite big size compared to my previous phones.
5) Check properly b4 u buy cuz some shops are selling fakes (e680 upgraded version and they call it e680i!!!) and it's quite hard to tell, so dun rush it when u see cheaper price.
Well, overall, i would say this phone is really a nice phone, especially when u're in the office ... Read more
