Review Summary	The S740 may have improved a lot from the previous S730 in terms of design, but the glut of QWERTY smart phones in the market--some slim, others sexy--water down the S740's appeal.	Though some may shun Windows Mobile because of other newer operating systems out there, there's no denying that the Omnia II presents great value-for-money compared with most other touchscreen smartphones.	There are a lot of things we like about the N900, but just as many which annoy us. That said, it's still a very capable smartphone (if you call it that), but just not ready for primetime, yet.
