The bad: Small display makes it hard to type anything with onscreen keypad; doesn't stay firmly on wrist; expensive; Bluetooth supports only HSP profile; bad onboard mic placement.
The bottom line: There's just no other phone out there that claims to be watch-sized, yet comes chock-full with Bluetooth, touchscreen, 3G and voice command features. However, the high price really dents the appeal of this wonderful gadget.
