CNET Asia Review
Excellent
The good: Finally has common cell phone features like multimedia messaging, video recording, and voice dialing; runs faster; promised battery life is longer; multimedia quality continues to shine. 8.3
out of 10View score
The bad: Call quality shows no improvements; 3G signal reception remains uneven; still don't get Flash Lite, USB transfer and storage, or multitasking.
The bottom line: The iPhone 3GS doesn't make the same grand leap that the iPhone 3G made from the first-generation model, but the latest Apple handset is still a compelling upgrade for some users. The iPhone 3GS is faster and we appreciate the new features and extended battery life, but call quality and 3G reception still need improvement.

Pros: UI, battery life, apps
Cons: none
Opinion:
i have 4 yrs experience in using windows mobile OS on HTC,O2 and also prior to that the much more inferior platforms palm OS. I'm absolutely blown away with iphone 3gs mainly due to the UI. it makes it much much more pleasant to the eyes. trust many users out there underutiilise smartphones, pdas and etc. having a beautiful phone like the iphone makes one just simply 'happy'.
App Store alone makes this a 10!

Pros: Fast, excellent UI, App store, Excellent multi-media
Cons: no camera flash
Opinion:
The iphone is easily the best smartphone in my experience. I have owned a Sony Xperia X1 and an HTC TyTnII. The iPhone blows them away. The big differences are in my opinion the following:
1.Software. The iphone user interface is just fantastic.
2. Speed. The iphone is much faster than my Xperia when it comes to loading web pages and other bandwidth extensive tasks.
3. App Store. There are just way too many excellent apps available for the iphone.
Once you experience the iphone, going back to something else is really hard. I love the build quality on my Xperia, but no way is it going to be my primary mobile. I doubt those giving the iphone a 1 out of 10 score have ever owned one at best, and most definitely have no idea how to evaluate technology or mobile phones. The iphone software really blows the competition away. Whatever it does it does ... Read more

I wanted to write this review to those how had rated the Iphone 3GS- 1/10 (one of them dark***);
Anyway I think when we want to discuss any phone we have to exactly and honnestly talk about the Pros and the Cons that's how we can help each others but if everyone will rate the phone just cause he hates the company itself that's wrong!!!!!!!!!!
Apple did a revolutionar phone that economicly distroyed the word biggest phone compangnies like Nokia SE.....And the success it's having no body can deny!!All the compagnies started just now to compete cause they started to loose the market after the iphone's show!!!
AppStore, great application great games fast internet excellent touch screen beautiful design........Hope everyone will tell what he really thinks about the miracle phone!!
