The bad: Very bulky and heavy; no dedicated 3.5mm audio connector; slow camera autofocus and no LED; expensive.
The bottom line: This smartphone is ideal for business professionals, thanks to the great conference call feature and good keyboard for typing. Unfortunately, there's the bulky form factor to put up with.

Love this phone!!!
Oct 21, 2009Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Seamless Exchange support, Facebook contacts integration, best slider keyboard available
Cons: Laggy sometimes, occassional hang, bulky
Opinion:
I absolutely love this phone and was super-excited to have my hands on it since I saw the online preview from GSMA Barcelona.
I like physical QWERTY keyboards as this is my work + personal device and I need it to manage multiple (and usually heavy) messaging, calls and documents daily. Personally, I like the fact of the abundance of freewares developed for WinMo for other apps like FB, Twitter, WorldCard, RSS readers, etc.
I think HTC did a good job with their TouchFlo 3D on this, but would love to see Sense UI (from Android) integrated with WinMo 6.5 upgrade soon.

Near prefect WM Device, well done HTC !!
Jul 30, 2009Rating: 10 out of 10 (Perfect)
Pros: Big Screen, nice touch screen, almost all function in one device, great speaker, TF3D smooth like silk...many more.
Cons: Thick, no 3.5mm audio jack, no flash.
Opinion:
Get this PDA at almost S$500 from Starhub promotion (Great business tactic). Actually 2 choice for me either Touch HD or Touch Pro2, end up i choose Touch Pro2, cos,
- U can watch video by put out the keyboard in ~50 degree, nice.
Use it for abt 5 days, stock rom is fast and smooth. Get few cab and registry tweak from XDA to make the speaker louder (its work). A2DP with bluetooth stereo headset did not sound good but manage to fix it by reg tweak.
FM Radio is confirm inbuild and function well in TouchPro2.
Screen size 3.6 inches is larger than iPone 3.5 inches but iPhone screen is slightly wider a litter bit may be 1mm. Due to the huge screen, sms texting is very good and this make me less using hardware keyboard, the HW KB to me is the best keyboard in all fone in the market.
Only regret is that ... Read more
Most Powerful WM Device So Far!
Jul 21, 2009Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Big Screen, Best Keyboard, Elegant Design and List Goes On!
Cons: No 3.5mm Audio Jack, Weight
Opinion:
For those wondering it comes with FM Radio, it does come with it by default. It is the best WM Device I ever used so far with big screen, best physical keyboard, best external speaker with conference call feature despite the heavy weight but the design of the phone is still elegant.
It comes with all the best feature for a WM Device packed into one though the camera do not have LED or Xenon Flash, the video playback and screen resolution is good. Those who are looking for a powerful WM Device meant for business usage, this phone will definitely not disappoint you.
