The good: Great call quality; camera is OK; stellar battery life.

The bad: Poorly designed keypad; boring colors; uninteresting suite of apps.

The bottom line: With so many excellent phones to choose from, Nokia hasn't done nearly enough to make the 6720 desirable. It does the basics well, but struggles to justify its price.
