CNET Asia Review
Very good
The good: Crisp and sharp display; GPS and HSDPA; extensive media support. 7.5
out of 10View score
The bad: No Wi-Fi; a few interface bugs still need to be ironed out; camera doesn't always take good shots.
The bottom line: We commend RIM for entering the highly competitive touchscreen market with an innovative product, but there's still lots of room for improvement. Our experience with the Storm has driven us to the conclusion that it's not RIM's best device and while it has some redeeming features we think RIM can do much better in the future.

the touch keyboard sucks
Jun 14, 2009Rating: 2 out of 10 (Terrible)
Pros: good camera
Cons: sluggish, touch insensitive, take 3x the time to type a simple sms
Opinion:
hope blackberry really improve their keyboard, it stinks!
it feels like one whole chunk of metal than than individual key. only suitable for baby fingers....
battery run off within half day.....
A blackberry breakthrough
Jun 2, 2009Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Excellent interface, easy to use, bright screen, very up-to-date appeal, great features
Cons: Need to shed some weight
Opinion:
The storm is something I have long been waiting for. The conventional QWERTY keyboards found on earlier models have been putting off my purchase of a blackberry on hold for a very long time. The Suretype interface is definitely a commendable effort of the RIM team. Well again, it's a matter of personal preference. Bottom line is to go for what you like. No regrets.
The world is in your hand
May 19, 2009Rating: 8 out of 10 (Excellent)
Pros: Huge screen, touch screen/surepress, excellent connectivity
Cons: no wi-fi, confusing for some people, not for people with big fingers
Opinion:
Great phone or should I say 'communicator' since I use it more on e-mails/browsing the internet. Once you are used to it, you would find things are handy with this device. You would certainly feel that you are connected wherever you are. Few things that stop me from giving 9 or even more on my rating: Menu is quite complicated, even to simply personalising the phone, you would have to go to different items on the menu. My old man would go for Nokia definitely, saying the phone is way complicated. For people whose fingers look like 'all thumbs'. Well.. big ones, I mean. Forget the qwerty keypad, it would only frustrate you..
