The bad: QWERTY keypad not as good as previous Treos'; fingerprint magnet; micro-USB port instead of more common mini-USB; 2-megapixel camera.
The bottom line: Finally, a HSDPA Treo with built-in Wi-Fi and GPS. It's a pity the keypad doesn't live up to its predecessor's high standards.

Having used the Palm Treo Pro for a few weeks, I can't put the device down. Easy to use and with very fast user interface.
Pretty Good all rounder

Pros: Qwerty pad and many dedicated buttons
Cons: Difficult to open battery cover
Opinion:
My old phone is the Nokia E65.
Before buying this phone my options were the Symbian OS phones, the Iphone or a Windows Mobile phone. Being a heavy user of Microsoft Office applications, I decided to get a Windows Mobile phone.
I knew that the phone would be slight less user friendly compared to the Nokia. However the presence of numerous dedicated buttons make it easier to endure. These are the
1) Wifi button
2) Silent button
3) Side button..default to camera
4) Messaging
I do not use the other preset buttons as much.
The keyboard is not as good as the Blackberry Bold or the Nokia E71. And as i mentioned above the battery cover is difficult to remove. This is required to access the memory card.
I have no regrets getting this phone because I feel it meets my needs.
snazzy new phone!

Pros: great-looking, easy to use, great business features
Cons: cant find any!
Opinion:
i'm usually on the go, and a businessman by trade, working for an MNC. been looking for a good smart phone in assisting me wherever i go and when not at my laptop. keys are easy to use, and i have to say it makes me reminisce of older palm days when i put my entire life into my Palm Pilot! this phone does it all, and with class - great one-touch ringer and wireless functions, touch screen, GPS, easy to download apps onto windows 6.1 platform. proud to show it with its sleek new look and the thinness of the design makes it easier to carry around. overall great buy!
