CNET Asia Review

Excellent

8.9

out of 10

View score

The good: GPS; HSDPA; Wi-Fi; 16GB on-board memory; 8-megapixel camera with cool panorama mode.

The bad: Touch-sensitive navigation pad is fiddly to use at times; lack of xenon flash on the camera; screen could be sharper.

The bottom line: Samsung has taken us by surprise by creating an excellent handset that feels like it could have been made by Nokia. If you're looking for a high-end handset with almost every feature currently available--and then some--the i8510 is the phone for you.

I8510 interface issue and battery drain, still in service center

Rating: 3 out of 10 (Poor)
Pros: 8M camera do some good job
Cons: quality issue
Opinion:
Bought on 27th Sep'08 and sent to service center on 29th Sep'08. Can't exchange from operator. Interface got issue after put in external memory card. Battery drain very fast.
Samsung service center also got no tools to check my phone.
They just suspect memory card issue and retain my memory card. I rated it very poor because I paid high price for a faulty new phone and being to their service center twice without getting my phone problems solved.
