Great when it works
Aug 31, 2009Rating: 2 out of 10 (Terrible)
Pros: Easy to use, plenty of functions
Cons: Breaks easily, cheap product
Opinion:
It worked well for about two weeks, then the LCD cracked for no apparent reason. The phone was not dropped or crushed or damaged in any way. The screen was working, then I flipped the screen up as you do when you want to use the keypad and it shattered under the hard casing.
I had never bought a Samsung product before this time, as I have only heard bad reports from others. Unfortunately, I decided to go against this and try one of their products for myself. This was a stupid idea, as not only did I waste my money on this flawed product, the warranty does not cover accidental damages... I hate to tell you Samsung, but a cheap LCD screen that breaks from general use of the phone does not constitute "accidental damage". I feel very ripped off right now.
