CNET Asia Review
Spectacular
The good: Solid and attractive build; HSDPA, Wi-Fi and A-GPS; excellent productivity tools. 9
out of 10View score
The bad: Smaller battery compared with the E71; accelerometer can be a nuisance.
The bottom line: While we like the E71 better, the E66 is a great smart phone with class-leading features. If you want the functionality of a business phone without the bulk of a PDA form factor, the E66 is the phone you've been looking for.

Faulty product. Tempting at first, but frustating in using.
Jun 23, 2009Rating: 1 out of 10 (Abysmal)
Pros: Slim, great features.
Cons: Faulty in hardware and firmware.
Opinion:
Great function and features, very easy to use, very cool sliding mechanism.
I've been using it for 4 months. Has a severe problem in not able to access the log or phonebook to make a call. This happens after several normal usage. The phone have been to Nokia Care for 4 times and the same problem keep happening, even getting worse. Nokia's solution every time is just to install a new firmware, but this does not solve the problem. So the conclusion is there is a problem in hardware.
Nokia should not send this product to market if it is not ready.
I alread sent email to Nokia buat with no satisfying response.
A disappointment!!!
The worst Nokia phone I've used...
Jun 2, 2009Rating: 4 out of 10 (Mediocre)
Pros: Slim, functions, price
Cons: Poor battery life, filmsy phone
Opinion:
I've visited the Nokia service centre umpteen times over the past 9mths of owning the E66!!! =(
Summary of frustrations:
1. The memory card suddenly turned corrupted 1 fine day - lost all data
2. Cover for USB port came off & went missing
3. LCD screen cracked big time (Nokia claimed that the phone is no longer under warranty upon replacement of LCD screen. Not only do I have to pay for the repair, I've lost my warranty too)
4. Sliding mechanism is faulty
5. Phone restarts itself
6. Super duper POOR battery life
Conclusion:
I've always been a Nokia fan, but seriously, this is the worst Nokia phone I've used. Definitely not recommended.
Overall good solid phone with substance but poor on battery life
Jan 22, 2009Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Good looking, nice interface, fast OS
Cons: Poor battery life, sometimes restarts by itself.
Opinion:
Satisfy since i bough but a bit dissapointed over the battery life, Can Nokia develops a more lasting battery as alternative for the replacement market.
