the phone sucks.. its nothing but a DEFECTIVE model

Rating: 1 out of 10 (Abysmal)
Pros: nothing special or unusual about this phone
Cons: switches off, OS problem, media player hangs, camera hangs, doesnt catch signal
Opinion:
i had bought the cell in feb 2009, but in just 4 months from the buying date i have experienced almost all problems a cell could give. the cell switches off automatically and most of the times it doesnt turn on even on holding power on button. the media player hangs, the camera hangs, the contacts get erased. i have had the update service done twice and still no changes. when i claimed for replacement i was given replacement of motherboard. but even after the problems persist. then on the signal doesnt detected. when i went to service cenetr they blame it on sim on memory card while these actually work Nokia LG and samsung. the service is too bad . and there is no transparency in the work done. all in all the phone is just a piece of junk and i am applying for consumer forum to claim the compensation as it doesnt in anyway reflect value for ... Read more

Poor quality phone - SE have tried to cut corners in construction.

Rating: 3 out of 10 (Poor)
Pros: god features and compact size
Cons: Poor manufacturing quality, buggy
Opinion:
I bought this phone in September 2008 - as a loyal SE customer ( my 4th SE phone since 2002). This one has been nothing but trouble. a) the Internet doesnt seem to work despite tweaking all sorts of settings b) the front keys (the wavy end/send) keys started losing their colour and looking like the cheap plastic they are within weeks c) within 3 months the phone started hanging with and "inactive SIM message" I took it to SE service they said there was incorrect soldering and OS problems =- so repaired it. The inactive SIM problem continued to recur, but less often. Then yesterday - the keypad died on me (in a 4 mth old phone). Took it to service, they said that they did not have the part and i may have to wait months and encouraged me not give in the phone but instead go around jakarta to search for a service center thay may have ... Read more
