First Take
Frankly, we were a little relieved that Nokia did not go the way of a certain US phone maker which latched onto a popular RAZR-thin design for too long, performing just minor upgrades for years. Though the first thing to strike you about the N96 is its generous 16GB of internal storage, the new phone is lighter and slimmer than the two N95 models that came before it. We took a pre-production model and gave it a brief once-over for an initial impression. ...

Overall - Cool Phone..... Great onboard memory
Apr 30, 2008Rating: 6 out of 10 (Good)
Pros: 16GB memory, 5 Megapixel cam
Cons: No Xenon Flash, No card slot
Opinion:
Is a cool phone.... bit large in design
could have improved on N95 by making a sexier design; with same features people would be happier!!!
Got lots of goodies but what does it do good when battery life is a failure?
Mar 30, 2008Rating: 3 out of 10 (Poor)
Pros: Lots of connectivity and massive internal unit
Cons: It would be a waste of money trying to buy rich features but with battery life that could hardly last for a day ( if it is used often by user - as for me I am!) - it has same batt for N95 for christ sake!!
Opinion:
This phone is really good in terms of features. Im convinced it has a one pack hell of phone feature that you could ask for. From the previous N series nokia able to deal a great factor in a slim manner but I could say that with its competitor its still bulky. Battery is no good as this was the same battery used in N95. Obviously it was a major downside after it was released on 2007. I wouldnt mind keeping a phone that is with average feature so long that i could keep use to it for a long period of time. As such when you are traveling be sure you got charger on you otherwise suffer and lose your boast phone feature on it. Slider today are slimmer and sexy yet full packed feature and this phone is an exception to it. Sorry nokia fanatics but i am not really happy to NOKIA flagship at MWC...
a better cellphone at the moment
Mar 24, 2008Rating: 8 out of 10 (Excellent)
Pros: 16 gb memory upgradable to 24 gigs
Cons: no xenon flash/ not touchscreen ready
Opinion:
It has the highest memory capacity at the moment. Disadvante of this phone is the lack of xenon flash which is present in n82. It has a small screen and not it is not touchsreen unlike the se w960i model.
