GPS doesn't work, battery life poor and unstable

Pros: nice case
Cons: Same old Windows Mobile instability, GPS useless
Opinion:
I've had this phone a few weeks and whilst it's a nice case and the pearl is nice (practically identical to BB) the battery life is poor, GPS doesn't work and it's still slow and jittery (as most WM devices). I'd wait for a more powerful one or look at the Blackjack.
