The bad: Average sound quality; proprietary headphone socket; limit music format support; camera isn't amazing; maximum audio volume is quite low.
The bottom line: A very pleasant phone to use and certainly a decent budget-end handset. We take issue with the average sound quality, limited music format support and the frustrating proprietary headphone socket. If these aren't big issues for you, you'll undoubtedly enjoy the W380i.

Pros: Nice design and keypad...
Cons: dim display, irresponsive walkman control buttons unlocker, bad picture quality
Opinion:
I brought this phone last December 2008. It was a bad decision on my part. The LCD display was really dim, even when I adjusted the brightness to its maximum. Because of this, the picture quality is affected. When you like to activate the walkman control buttons, its unlocker is very irresponsive. It took me 4 tries before I could unlock the control keys. Very frustrating and very depressing...
