First Take
Whether you like it or not, there's no denying that Motorola's RAZR series was a hit with the general crowd. Since the first RAZR was introduced in 2004, several iterations have been released but they remain largely similar to the original. To the layman, it appears that the company is milking its worth with the series. ...

Thinest Mobile!
Jan 21, 2008Rating: 8 out of 10 (Excellent)
Pros: Extreamly thin, Big dual screen, Good lookig fashion phone, Crystal talk!
Cons: damm price keeps dropping!!!
Opinion:
My Opinion is....
If you want a camera, get a camera!
If you want a MP3 player, get a MP3 Player!
I got this phone for its excellent connection and crystal talk. Its camera is a 6/10 quality. No point using its mp3 function as its touch buttons outside keeps skiping or pausing the song for you even before you could put it in your bag/pants.
I absolutely love its looks. I am a fashion person, so all fashion lovers out there, you will love this phone too!
A Clamshell that does the basics EXTREMELY well
Jan 6, 2008Rating: 8 out of 10 (Excellent)
Pros: Superfast OS, Excellent voice quality, Great displays, A good looking phone, and nice well placed key
Cons: 3G, HSDPA, Wifi -- all 3 or even one of these would have made this phone a 10.
Opinion:
This phone has focused on the basics -- fast OS, excellent voice quality, answering sms from the external display is good but wish it was possible for multiple sms,
though email with GPRS works well and browsing worked fine .. I hope Motorola builds on this strong platform.
Good random phone
Jan 3, 2008Rating: 7 out of 10 (Very good)
Pros: Design * Reliability
Cons: limited memory - no extension slot - jerky frontscreen soft touch
Opinion:
Bought the new V8 for the wife after she had enough of the A1200 Ming which served a year.
the V8 is good, simply good. Not WOW, but reliable as the Motorola razr's are supposed to be.
A lack of a slot for a SD card is a burden these days, so do not look for this Mob if you want to have a surogate MP3 player.
Bluetooth works fast, and speaker is loud and clear.
Obviously, with a glass and metal shiny frame, it is not finger print resistant and wiping it constantly if you wanna have it shining is a must.
