The bad: Volume touch strip isn't always responsive; camera interface is also confusing; subpar picture quality.
The bottom line: With a sleek design, good performance, and a robust set of productivity and wireless options, the C720W is an all-in-one hit and earns its reputation as a Motorola Q killer.

battery concern
Sep 6, 2009Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: very user friendly
Cons: battery life is terrible
Opinion:
The battery life is the worst of any phone I've ever had. I use my phone for business and pleasure and I'm lucky if it last through half an hour of talking. I have thought of purchasing another battery but from the other reviews it would be a waste of money. Any suggestions??
ok
