The bad: Soft speakerphone volume; white phone interior stains easily; earpiece, PC sync and charger share same port.
The bottom line: An attractive-looking phone with a surprisingly powerful feature set, the SGH-E870 will appeal strongly to basic phone users looking to do more with their handsets.
