The bad: Design flaws such as the microSD slot's location behind the SIM card; sluggish; lacks integrated Wi-Fi.
The bottom line: The Dopod S300 changes the look of smart phones with its sleek, flip phone design, and while some minor quirks and performance issues exist, it's still a solid Windows Mobile device.

Compact functionality Phone
Jan 18, 2007Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Slim, Solid, function
Cons: No Wifi, 64ROM
Opinion:
Looks great, lots of program out there for qvga smartphone. Ringtone does vibrate, battery life is kinda low compare with my previous phone, lasted 2 days normal usage. $98 for functionality(search on the net) and looks, I would say its worth it. default alarm is bad...use other software. camera good in day but bad at night. MP3 quality good. Good reception, clear voice. SMS not as user friendly.
Good phone overall
Dec 29, 2006Rating: 7 out of 10 (Very good)
Pros: Slim, Light, Edge support, Reasonably Priced, Offers a Variety of Camera Functions
Cons: Micro SD is an expensive option, low ROM memory compared to other Windows Mobile Devices
Opinion:
I disagree with Dopod User on the battery life. My S300 lasts for a good 2 1/2 days before requiring a charge. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this purchase. You get a windows mobile device without the bulk of a PDA phone. Love the cool form factor as well.

Aug 25, 2006Rating: 6 out of 10 (Good)
Pros: Good, sleek design and with all the needed basic features
Cons: Battery life is not as stated in the spec. Last for a day even when its new.
Opinion:
When in use there is no option to switch off the rear screen, which consumes the battery too. Major concern is the battery and not that good support. Planning to give up in less than 2 weeks, due to the battery life mainly
