O2 has announced it will introduce a white version of its Atom PDA-phone to be called the O2 Xda Atom Pure. Expected before the end of this month, the new handheld will be identical, in terms of price, form factor and features, to the original black Atom. A reasonable PDA to get for average mobile users

Pros: Good screen, comes with leather pouch
Cons: the software suite which came provided made the transfer of data technical and sophisticated
Opinion:
A reasonable PDA for normal users to surf th web, browse data using the office programmes

 

Atom Pure w/ WM6 ROM is great

Pros: faster speed in WM6
Cons: nothing as of now with the NEW ROM
Opinion:
After installing an UNOFFICIAL cooked ROM of WM6 for ATOM PURE, everything went cool and great for this mobile. Before, O2 create not a good ROM & many are not satisfied (thats why rating of most is 6) Even me, im not that satisfied. Im using imate JAM before and thinking JAM is greater. BUT AFTER FLASHING this new ROM WM6 AKU 0.7 (porting from WM6 ATOM LIFE) ATOM becomes fast and realiable. Great TODAYS plugin, great voice speed dial, Now the sounds is better and camera is clearer. So everything went fine after changing ROM..try to contact me if u want this WM6 for ATOM...thanks

 

good software, bad hardware

Pros: o2 software is really amazing add-on
Cons: high battery consumption, camera not amazing
Opinion:
battery does not leave last for 2 hour of talktime....by evening,my phone is dead
