First Take

By Asher Moses, CNET.com.au

Part of the company's "Designed in Asia for Asia" (DIAFA) initiative, HP describes the rw6800 handheld as a "designer" device that's been built from the ground up to "reflect the young Asian consumer's chic, minimalist style today". While we're not sure of the exact criteria that HP uses to distinguish Asian consumers--and by Asia they're referring to the entire Asia Pacific region--from the rest of the world, we can confirm that the rw6800 is indeed an attractive handheld. Excellent all-round companion for the techie Nurse !

Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Has everything (almost). I can write to MS Office, take shots, video, call, sms, keep plenty of sms records and wake on the three alarms, listen to music, watch videos, etc. But most of all, I dropped it 27 times and no problems recovering. No cracks except smudges. LOVE THIS HP! Light compared to most PDA phones.
Cons: Camera ain't that responsive and poor flash. Sound too soft for ring tones. Wish it were 5-8mp. Now, the weigth bears a little heavy compared to G900. Lousy battery life! Have to charge daily!
Opinion:
I love this HP and can't do without it but will have to force myself to try something lighter due to tight uniform from the bulge/weight it causes in a Nurse's pocket. Have to consider either a N82 or G900 for similar features plus better battery. Getting expensive to charge nightly. And desperately need a better camera on HP for those emergencies.... Still love this HP like I used to love my O2 mini. Sigh.

is a good product for the beginner

Rating: 7 out of 10 (Very good)
Pros: Not really lag eventhough i install a lot of programme, looks stylish
Cons: audio jack spoilt easily, stylus broke easily, speaker not really stable, photo quality bad ...
Opinion:
I think is a good product if compare to Atom and o2 mini.. since it is well equip with the spec like wifi..However, i not really like the speaker and audio jack . mine was spoilt after one year even though i rarely use them.. Besides that, the photo quality is not up to 2m..not really good and yet process quite slow...however, is a good product for amatuer
