The bad: No keypad; narrow circle controls; small display; only 52MB built-in memory (no expansion card slot).
The bottom line: The Nokia 7380 would not make for a very useful primary phone, but it's satisfactory as a fashion accessory or as a secondary mobile. Even though we appreciate the impressive multimedia upgrades over its predecessor, it's a shame that the phone's screen and memory size does not make full use of them.

update to my review

Pros: Amazing design, unique lighting and effects
Cons: wears easy
Opinion:
so, here's my update. I have been using this phone as mostly my primary phone for the last 4 months. It can be difficult to text with but I was so amazed by the design and the appeal to other people that I started using it all the time. That being said, I took exceptional care of it. It has never been dropped, ALWAYS kept in the pouch, polished, babied and seriously lighty used. However, after all of this care the "leather" back is starting to fade seriously and the little rubber wheel for the Navispinner is blistering and peeling.....so the serious problem that has developed with this phone is that although I have taken great care of it, it is wearing fast. And with such a fashion statement, even the slightest of wearing will make it unattractive. I love you nokia 7380 but I'm afraid this ends our relationship!
something different

Pros: looks great, excellent sound quality, decent picture quality
Cons: very poor battery life (standard nokia), difficult to text, poor screen
Opinion:
i've been using this phone for almost a year and still love it because of how it looks but i have to admit i'm looking forward to getting my new phone with a keypad! it's too hard to text on this phone using the wheel. in the sunlight you can't see the screen at all because it's just like a mirror. even indoors its hard to see because the screen is so small. also in typical nokia fashion the battery life is poor. if you want a challenge, get this phone =)
