First Take
A few months ago, Research In Motion introduced the BlackBerry 7100t, changing not only the BlackBerry form factor but also expanding its target audience from business users to more-casual consumers. At the time, only T-Mobile users in the US were able to enjoy this handset, but now, the company is bringing a similar model to Singapore with the release of the BlackBerry 7100g. The smart phone retains many of the same features as the 7100t--the high-resolution color display, 32MB of memory, and the speakerphone--but sports a slightly different look with a more classic silver and black casing. very useful though irritating to use
Apr 17, 2007Rating: 7 out of 10 (Very good)
Pros: email access, calculator, calender
Cons: Irritating keyboard, difficult to navigate, no shortcut for sending contact details through SMS
Opinion:
Email support is unbelievably good. Typing and navigating are a nightmare, specially for the first month or so.
Overall a very useful product for business/work at a good price.
Needs to improove a lot

Pros: sleek design
Cons: poor voice quality, minimal features, no ringtone compatibility
Opinion:
i will never buy a blackberrry again. it has many functionality flaws. sometimes when i recieve a phone call it goes on hold and the last dialled number gets dialled automatically.
no features included lika MMS or camera. i cant even download a ringtone on it.
Low volume--unacceptable

Opinion:
Functionality is good, but when on the road nobody can hear me over the road noise and I can hardly hear them even with the volume all the way up. This is unacceptable. My cheap Nokia was way better but the boss wants us all to have email access.
