The bad: Meager integrated memory; no built-in Wi-Fi; low-resolution camera; headphone jack isn't standard size.
The bottom line: Though it has its shortcomings, the PalmOne Treo 650 offers solid performance and adds some key features to maintain its reign as smart phone leader.

Ultimate!
May 23, 2006Rating: 10 out of 10 (Perfect)
Pros: One handed operation, touchscreen, easy removal of sim, good user interface, well-organised manual.
Cons: Antenna, only VGA camera.
Opinion:
Sync and user interface is very organised. One handed operation with keyboard, directional keys etc, comes with touchscreen. Definitely the ultimate pda-phone! Antenna is a little inconvenient but gives it a classic flavour. Sim card can be removed without removing battery and best of all, firmware can be upgraded online! Ultimate pda-phone from palm!
So far the best Palm OS phone I have seen
Jan 25, 2006Rating: 8 out of 10 (Excellent)
Pros: Phone, PIM, Mobile Entertainment, Mobile Office, etc etc
Cons: No WiFi, 3G and not-enough-megapixel camera
Opinion:
I have bought the phone for almost 2 months now and so far it has not been giving me any problems. The only few grouses are that there is still no WiFi SD card for it, it is not 3G and not-enough-megapixel camera (though it is 0.3 Megapixel).
Great design & features... but some major issues!

Opinion:
Got the phone about a month ago based on reviews on cnet. Apart from the design & features the key issues are: It hangs at least 3 times a day (without 3rd-party software loaded). It auto resets after past due Task or appointment notification is clicked! The updated OS (unblocked GSM) has made it even worse. I have to reset at least twice a day. Does not sync with Lotus Notes, even after purchasing the conduit. Major problems. It's a headache considering the fact that I spend more time fixing than using it!
