It's not easy to differentiate 2 sides of the plug, hence easy to plug wrong side and make the PDA spoilt.

I purchased a Zircon G88 last December 2004. The phone failed to function after four months and I had to send it to the service center for repair. After servicing, the phone still could not function and I had to send it back the second time in May. Despite being at the service center during operating hours, the door was always closed and I had to make several trips (at least four times) before I could see a service staff to attend to my problem. Once I had tried to call e service ctr before my visit. One of the staff told me it's opened, so i rushed to the ctr before my next biz appointment. Once again it's closed. I called back the same number, the same staff who answered the call told me she was from another company. Not sure why the ctr was closed. Stylish but not good

Opinion:
This phone has a very nice design... but the keypad's buttons are a little bit too small. The slide is also not very comfortable to use. It looks extremely elegant and sophisicated :)) (I fell in love with the phone at FIRST SIGHT ONLY) but the processor is very slow... so the PDA cannot run many applications at one go. The features aren't very sweet to see, too. Not very good, maybe even not very suitable for uncle, auntie?
