The good: More camera tweaks available; loud ringtones.

The bad: Marginal upgrade, software update not available for existing 7250 users.

The bottom line: Existing 7250 users will be pulling their hair out at the lack of a software upgrade. But new camera-phone buyers can consider the 7250i despite its limited but useful enhancements.
