Photos: HTC Touch Diamond2 and Diamond

By John Chan

Announced at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona earlier this month, the HTC Touch Diamond2 (read our first impressions here) is the company's update to the Touch Diamond PDA-phone. We got our hands on an early unit and put it side-by-side with the original to see how they size up.

It can only be better than the original because that was a waste of money HTC did manage to get it better with upgrades and time but I want my phone to work straight out the box - one things for sure I will not be buying it

This looks uglier than the original diamond. I thought the original Diamond looked better than this. At least the original looks special.

Is that the extent of your comparison? -"this one's longer, this ones more narrow", "this one is thicker, this one is thiner"...I'm sorry, is this the CNet for Primary Schoolers website?

When Asus has had an 800 MHz phone for a while and Toshiba has come out with a 1000 MHz phone then why are new higher end pda phones still being made at 528 MHz? For the price can't HTC keep up with the Jone's?
