9.  Nokia E51

1st 8days of the experience of using Omina
Hello: Samsung, what can I say to you?

Day 1: bought it on Friday evening from m1, not much activities on it besides charging it.

Day 2: upload my contact, 6 media files to storage card, and install few software
The phone was functioning. Only sometime needs to restart by remove the battery.

Day 3: watching one movie on the phone and view 1 or 2 internet pages via wifi. then sleeping until 9pm with it beside my pilot. Watching the Olympics opening ceremony while upgrading the firmware with exactly follow the procedure
After the “upgrading completed' appeared on my pc screen, the phone was dead.
Tried to remove the battery in order to power up after sitting and waiting for more than half hour in front of it (that’s really stupid. I thought it will be able to be turned on automatically like others). it hit me badly. No response at all.

Day 4: early morning, the second customer was on the svc on 11am.... told to receptionist and was told to leave phone for checking and will get it back aft 3hrs
1 and half hrs passed, one phone call received from the svc: sir, sorry to tell you that you don’t need to wait for collect it back today, we need to 3-5 days more to wait for the parts and replacing due to motherboard was burnt' this call was a huge thundering just dropped side of my ears like eating a flash grenade in Counter strike source directly, straightly.............

Day 5: no activity at all on phone....waits for call...............

Day 6: nothing done on the phone.....waiting for good news.......wrote a email to Samsung on the early morning (4am+)

Day 7: no news is good news. What bullshit it is? Who said it? Ca not wait till die Must do something..... Activities and schedule today:
Morning: called Samsung hotline and addressed the problem again to the receptionist. goods news: was told to wait for call back later aft confirm with the svc where I sent my phone, possible to get a new replacement.....no call come in until now (5:48am next day).......

Day 8: wrote email again to the Samsung and wrote this post there and to call them during office hour.........
