The good: Well designed slider; 3G compatible; nifty navigation switch; bundled with 1GB memory card.
The bad: 2.5mm headphone jack; no substantial internal memory; drab music player; poor stereo headset.
The bottom line: The 5610 XpressMusic is a decent music playing mobile but there's not much to recommend it over its competitors.

7.  Sony Ericsson W960i Walkman

The good: 8GB onboard memory; great Walkman player; autofocus camera with dual-LED lights; Wi-Fi.
The bad: Uneven keypad lighting; poorly located Back button; no built-in 3.5mm audio port; dismal battery life; laggy performance.
The bottom line: The W960i Walkman may be the company's flagship music-phone, but its various shortcomings take away most of the hype on the handset.

The bottom line: If you're hunting for an inexpensive 3G/HSDPA handset equipped with an overall decent set of features, this is it.

The bad: Glossy surface attracts fingerprints; tiny buttons may not appeal to some.
The bottom line: The K850i Cyber-shot is one of the best camera-phones available in the market right now, thanks to its dedicated controls, good performance and natural-looking images.

The good: Slick and slim design; funky features including Walkman music player and pedometer; solid build.
The bad: Buttons can be difficult to press; not 3G; no camera flash.
The bottom line: Sony Ericsson's W580i is a sexy, thin slider that you'll want to carry in your pocket for its MP3 music player, radio or just to use the built-in pedometer.
