How to get music onto your Walkman phone

Install Sony Ericsson PC suite
Before you connect your Walkman phone to your computer, make sure you have installed the right software. The box that your handset came in should contain a CD that allows you to install the software you'll need to put music on your phone. If you've lost the CD, you can download the software from the Sony Ericsson Web site.

The first application you need to install is the Sony Ericsson PC Suite. This program ensures that your computer will recognise the Walkman phone and allow the two devices to communicate. When you start installing this software, it should display the following window:

Sony Ericsson's PC Suite is essential if you want to transfer music to your phone using the Disc2Phone software, and also lets you move content between your computer and your phone. Unfortunately, you cannot transfer emails, multimedia messages or text messages from your phone, but you can transfer photos or synchronise your contacts.

When you run PC Suite you'll see a Disc2Phone icon. This is the software that lets you put music onto your phone, but before you click on it, you need to first install it from the CD.

Is there a convenient way to transfer music with Chinese titles (labeled in Chinese characters) from PC to phone? When I tried, they were all filtered out, and labeled as "unable to transfer" or something, until I rename them with Roman characters.

I've stopped using the Walkman software since then, and switched to USB and bluetooth.
