Opinion:
This phone has all the functions that top of the line phones have. It has a wapping 5 mega pixel camera where it can easily be accessed by the sliding camera cover. You will never be disconnected with this phone. It has 3G capabilities where high speed internet and video calling and streaming is possible. If you ran out of load or forgot to pay your line, go to any WIFI hot spots and log in into your Y! Messenger or Windows Live. The S60 OS that is the same with the N95 is what makes it a done deal.
This may be the best phone out there with a not that heavy price tag but there are a few drawbacks. The tiny keys may be a hassle to people who have fat fingers. The keypad is ok but it is not the best of qualities. This keypad thing may be negligible but the screen isn't. The positioning of the screen of the N82 is too near the protective outer layer. The phone doesn't need to dropped or squished to have LCD problems. The simple putting it in a tight bag or wearing those tight jeans while the phone is in your pocket may destroy the LCD.
But this is a case to case basis.
