User Review for Moto Q 9h

A very capable smartphone

Rating: 8 out of 10 (Excellent)
Pros: Industry-benchmark keyboard, slim form factor
Cons: No auto keylock, lack of chinese input, no copy & paste feature
Opinion:
I've been using the Q 9h for about a month so far.
As a basic phone it is good, loud & clear speakers even in noisy environments, good reception even on the MRT.
PIM functions like the calendar and contacts sync painlessly with Outlook which i rely very heavily on, so that's a plus for me.

The lack of wifi tho quite noticeable, is not all that big an issue for me because i hardly ever use it - especially if you have an unlimited blackberry data plan that allows u to surf anywhere anytime.

The keyboard is extremely comfortable to use, perfect for emailing as well as sms'ing or msn'ing - though i lament the lack of a cut and paste feature, especially when i am typing emails.

There being no auto keylock is a bit of a nuisance, but that is quite easily solved with the variety of third-party programs available.

Windows Mobile has its fair share of inadequacies, but it is still by far the platform with the best support - so there're a smorgasbord of third party software to suit every fancy, so the lack chinese input is also easily solved.
