Hangs and poor on-off button

Pros: Good features, though not for third party software
Cons: Bad on-off button, hangs-a-lot, poor after sales support, bad connection port
Opinion:
Its high on features and telephone book is one you cannot live without.
The on-off push button is a bad feature "palm" models have inherited from the earlier models.
You need a special cable to synchronize and needs seperate charging device. Earlier Palm device came with a easy mini USB interface which I miss badly.
Hangs on third party applications - stored first "txt" file always hangs when we start the "to Go" software and asks for a reboot.
In all I decided that I had downgraded instead of upgrading, when I purchased this Tx device
