slow processor, quirky to use, breaks all the time

Pros: screen resolution
Cons: too many. Slow to open contacts - over 10 seconds
Opinion:
I actually waited for this phone and the fold out keyboard to replace my 6820. I was disappointed very quickly with weird things like how slow it is to open contacts, poor connection functionality, can't edit music playlists easily or intuitively. Also kept breaking, this past year spent over 2 months at Nokia shop. Just got a new one under warranty but it seems to still have the same problems.
My advice, buy something else.
