User Review for Motorola RIZR Z3
Suitable for ladies or those with small fingers
Jan 4, 2007Rating: 6 out of 10 (Good)
Pros: Not too bad photos, very solid slider mechanism, nice metal casing with soft touch coating
Cons: Inaccurate keypad/poor button spacing
Opinion:
For the price I paid at S$288 with Singtel, this is actually a great phone for its cost. The spring-loaded slider mechanism inspires lots of confidence and doesn't feel loose at all. The casing also feels expensive as it's made of metal and has a rubberised soft-touch coating that doesn't pick up fingerprints and never feels like it's going to slip out of the hands. My only gripe with this is the position of the buttons. Sending out SMSes is a real pain as I regularly press the wrong button and have to use the delete button quite often. Even so, pressing the Clear/Delete button also results in me accidentally pressing the red HANG-UP button, thus cancelling the SMS whilst typing halfway and having to re-type all over again. Motorola should consider moving the position of the Clear button
