Disappointing

Pros: Very good physical size
Cons: Poor reception, can't call out easily, user unfriendly, etc..
Opinion:
Since the 1st model of the "Brick" days.. I have been using Motorola. Over the years, I find that the products produced is heading down the slope. Bought a V3 last Christmas (2005), I still have problems unsolved dragged until this Christmas (2006). Each time a complaint was filed, the Svc center seem to upgrade the Software & it takes 2 working days. The actual problems are still there. It is very disappointing to own a phone that is giving you the "Piss" of mind. This is my 2nd replace set of V3 after going around the main office in AMK. Since Dec 05, problems start to occur again.

My final piece of advice is to avoid Motorola completely unless you want to try your chance.
