I have this phone for five months and i have no problems with it. U are totally nuts to say this phone is very lousy. The new service centre is not bad and get yourself a MP3 player if u need to play wma files or higher than 192kb/s. Please don't give negative comments as i have a shock yesterday and think twice. I suppose i agree with others. I think u don't know how to use this phone.
